ahimsa practice: week 1, day 4

press play, listen and read!

i’m resisting something. i have no idea what it is, but my body and the universe are telling me that i am. but whatever it is that i might be resisting or scared of, i’m letting it go. whatever it is, it’s not serving me and i think it’s trying to hold me back.

so, tap me out and tap me into you
heal my brain and my body too

i’m jumping into work and yoga and life this week like i jumped off the side of a mountain in nepal. just going for it! because if i don’t, nothing will shift or change. and i’m ready for a change!

i think it’s important to remember that we have to force ourselves to feel uncomfortable, this is how we learn about ourselves and grow into even more amazing human beings! let go of what doesn’t serve and see what amazing things open up and happen!
