if you do something good but can’t take a picture and post it on social media, are you still going to do that something good?

i really REALLY struggle with people posting about doing good things when they post to receive validation for doing good. our world is in such a state at the moment, can we just do good without having to be acknowledged for doing good?

can you just do it?
